LLG – Tax and Accounting Services is a member firm of the Lance Leenard Group (“LLG”).

LLG – Tax and Accounting Services was born in June 2022 from the ashes of the old LLG upon the death of its founder Leo Yabut, a Certified Public Accountant. LLG was founded in February 1991 with the invaluable support of various professional organizations such as the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Management Accountants and Auditors.

After many years of experience in accounting, auditing and taxation, Leo Yabut established LLG to impart his experience and knowledge in all areas of accounting and business operations to small and medium-sized companies.

LLG was in its 31st year of operation when its founder passed away. LLG was a professional service provider whose main trusts were in the areas of bookkeeping, accounting, audit and assurance, business development, tax management, and business advisory services.
